Pilates Classes designed for moms/women of all ages. Stretch, strengthen and breathe in a private setting whilst getting the support of other moms who get it. We focus on reconnecting with your body, and bridging the gap back into exercise like running or gym safely, as we target areas affected by pregnancy and birth.
No experience required.
Class times:
*WED 10.30am: Beginners to intermediate. This is a great class for during or after maternity leave, or if you are just getting started with Pilates after a break, or if you have had issues you want monitored. Taken by Sarah Goodwin, the Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
*WED 5.15pm: Mixed abilities. Taken by Amelia, a lovely Pilates instructor.
Rates are R180-R200/class depending on package.
