Pilates Classes designed for moms/women of all ages. Stretch, strengthen and breathe in a private setting whilst getting the support of other moms who get it. We focus on reconnecting with your body, and bridging the gap back into exercise like running or gym safely, as we target areas affected by pregnancy and birth.
No experience required.
Class times:
*TUES 10am: Beginners to intermediate. This is a great class for during or after maternity leave, or if you are just getting started with Pilates after a break, or if you have had issues you want monitored.
Rates are R160-R170/class depending on package.
